机床的主要特点Main Characteristics

•机床采用广数928-GEa或西门子808D数控系统，可实现二轴联动。机床根据用户需求，可选配在线检测量仪，实现封闭式磨削工作循环，可实现很高的尺寸精度。

•机床进给导轨采用十字交叉滚柱钢导轨，刚性强，滑动性好。机床工作台导轨采用平-V型贴塑导轨。

•机床电箱为背包式电箱，其操纵箱置罩壳正面，并能作一定角度旋转。

•进给及工作台丝杆润滑采用自动定量集中润滑泵供给。床身及工作台导轨采用液压系统供给润滑。

•机床可根据用户零件要求,设计为自动上下料及生产连线。

•928-GEa CNC system supplied by the Guangzhou company & Siemens808D CNC system can be used to perform the linkage of two axes.In-process gauging system is also used to perfo rm totally closedgrinding cycle, thus ensuring high size accuracy.

•The feed guideway adopts crossed roller type,thus featuring highrigidity and good sliding performance.

•Flat-V plastic workiable guideway is used.

•The controll cabinet fixed on the clectrical cabinet can be swiveled overan angle.

•Automatic centralized lubricating system is used for lubricating feed &table leadscrew.

•Hyd. System is used for lubricating bed & table guidway.
