MK1320A*500 数控外圆磨床是带全封闭罩的两轴数控外圆磨床

•MK1320A 外圆磨床机床采用广数928-GEa或西门子808D数控系统，可实现二轴联动。机床根据用户需求，可选配在线检测量仪，实现封闭式磨削工作循环，可实现很高的尺寸精度。

•机床进给导轨采用十字交叉滚柱钢导轨，刚性强，滑动性好。机床工作台导轨采用平-V型贴塑导轨。

•机床电箱为背包式电箱，其操纵箱置罩壳正面,并能作一定角度旋转。

•进给及工作台丝杆润滑采用自动定量集中润滑泵供给。床身及工作台导轨采用液压系统供给润滑。

•机床可根据用户零件要求,设计为自动上下料及生产连线。

•928-GEa CNC systeam supplied by the Guangzchou company & Siemens808D CNC system can be used to performn thc linkage of two axes.In-process gasuging systemn is allso used to perfo rin totally elosedsrindlinmg cyele, thus ensuring high size aocuracy.
