机床的主要特点 Main Characteristics
•机床采用广数928-GEa或西门子808D数控系统，可实现二轴联动。
•机床根据用户需求，可选配在线检测量仪，实现封闭式磨削工作循环，可实现很高的尺寸精度。
•机床进给导轨采用十字交叉滚柱钢导轨，刚性强，滑动性好。
•机床工作台导轨采用平-V型贴塑导轨。
•机床电箱有挂壁式和独立式两种。挂壁式电箱，其操纵箱置电箱上。独立式电箱，其操纵箱固定在床身上，并能作一定角度旋转。
•进给及工作台丝杆润滑采用自动定量集中润滑泵供给。
•床身及工作台导轨采用液压系统供给润滑。
•机床可根据用户零件要求,设计为自动上下料及生产连线。

•In-proccss gauging system is also used to perfo rm totally closed grinding eyele. thus ensuring high size accuracy.
•The feed guidcxvay adopts crossed roller type, thus featuring high rigidity and good sliding perfomance.
•Final-V plastic worktable guideway is used.
•The control cabinet fixed on the electrical cabinet can be swiveled over an angle.
•Automatic centralized lubricating system is used for lubricating feed & table leadscrew.
•Hyd System is used for lubricating bed & table guidway.
